Since (affordable) digital cameras still don't have the dynamic range that film did, I think you did a great job with the picture. I wouldn't change a thing... the composition looks great.... send us more!!!!!!

Just saying Rob.... I'd have left the color in for the flower, then the background could be in b&w for focus on the flower, ala Sin City movie.... one opinion of many, I'm sure...........

You got the whole flower in razor focus and the background totally blurred.... doesn't get much better!

That first picture almost looks like someone got creative and colorized a robin!!!
