Re: New Olympus 100-400 is explained
That’s a very good review. What does shock me is how much smaller the Panasonic is. I am 45 but disabled. I walk with a cane and have limited use of my left hand. I shot micro four thirds before becoming disabled but now the small size and weight is of paramount importance to me. For hand holding, t...

Re: New Olympus 100-400 is explained
For those comparing this new Olympus lens to the Panasonic 100-400 there is a review that gives an opinion and discusses the effectiveness of is: https://youtu.be/3DKid1IOjv4 I as looking at these but I have the Olympus 75-300. I think I will wait for the 150-400 pro lens to come out. It will probab...

Re: New Olympus 100-400 is explained
Rob opined that maybe sync is could not be used or would not be effective because this lens goes to 400mm and longer than 300mm like the 300 f4 in today’s webcast on YouTube. Now he did say he was clearly speculating, but if true, I do still find it disappointing since the Panasonic 100-400 does hav...

New Olympus 100-400 is explained
I was saddened to find out this lens didn't have sync is. The lens is and the ibis will work together. It's less straightforward though. Robin Wong explains it well in his video review on YouTube.

Re: RAW files on iOS and OSX with EM5 iii
It’s so unacceptable! It’s just crazy to me. How can they just not support a camera? I am not a programmer, but I can’t imagine it would be difficult to tweak a line of code or two and add?

RAW files on iOS and OSX with EM5 iii
This is sort of a question and more of a rant. I typically shoot jpegs for family stuff. However, I just shot in raw on an EM5 iii that I got a few months ago. I imported into ios and then mac osx and found black images as they don't have native support for these raw files. They haven't been updated...

Please disregard. I found the answer at the end of Rob’s video titled EM5 iii Shooting Menu 1 Walkthrough for Beginners ep. 234.

Where is C2 and C3 on EM5 iii?
In the settings of the EM5 iiii there are menu items to set up C2 and C3. However, the dial only has C. I used Rob’s video on setting custom dials on the EM1 iiii to set mine in my EM5 iii. However, the EM1 iii does have a C2, C3, and C4 dials. Where is C2 and C3 on the EM5 iii, if they exist? I did...
