Painterly Vs colourful images

I took this image during the week end .
Fall is at his peak right now in France. I really like the Colours from the 2 different trees .
I did 2 edits . Im very please of the results .One is very colourful and the second one has a painting vibe.

I desaturated the colour and play around with the the setting using Snapseed
