Re: Post your daily pics here!
My first macro attemps with 75-300 and Raynox 150. The picture on the live view is very unstable, even with the EM1 II in this combination, so it feels like a 600mm without stabilization or a plane out of control. But in the mid zoomrange, you can luckily get two or three OK-shots even without practicing that much (and of course, I am not a great macro photographer) .

Pretty neat. I know what you mean about the ibis at 600mm!

For first try, these are awesome. I bought a couple of months ago the 60mm f2.8 macro from olympus and it is a great lens, but i was very surprised how difficult it is to get a good shoot at 1:1 magnification. With practice i started to get better results. Still from 100 shots, i keep 10 - max.Polarized wrote: ↑27 Apr 2020 17:34My first macro attemps with 75-300 and Raynox 150. Here is one of today:

No macro from me, but lets say close ups. In these days you have to find something in your backyard.
First one is a shot with off camera flash SOOC. Second I played with live composite and applied a Pop Art filter in post.

Olympus E-M1 Mark III, 40-150mm Kit lens
at f/9, iso200, 1/60th, Godox tt350 flash off-camera. 10mm extension tube.
Before I mow the grass, wanted to get some pics of these flowers. I liked how the pedals are meshing together.

I took Ellie for a photo walk with me. Decided to shoot with my Fujifilm X-T30 today.

A few shots with my recently aquired GX9. Using it with the 15mm f/1.7. Pretty happy with the low light performance of the camera.
FIrst shot is SOOC jpg using the D Monochrome option. Next two are edited RAW.
Edited with some colour.
Went with black and white except from the camera store

Re: Post your daily pics here!
Got my bird feeder setup so hopefully will get some more shots of different birds. I did these with my EM1 Mark III and 75-300 lens. Makes me want to get a 300 f/4 pro lens so bad. Not that these shots are horrible, but I couldn't really get my shutter speeds up or iso down. Nearly a 1:1 crop. Iso 1250, 1/200th, f/7.1, 300mm
1st one is edit in Olympus Workspace. A bit too much sharpening.
2nd edit in Lightroom Classic. Tad too much noise reduction.
3rd is original SOOC with crop.
