Lightning Capture with Live Composite

Post by Stillsane »

I took this picture on 7/24/21 in Delaware. I used an OMD EM10 MkII with the 12-45 M Zuiko Pro lens. I was in my car with the window open and the camera resting on the door with the use of a Joby GorillaPod. This was a relatively small storm system with a very focused core so it was easy to determine where to shoot and was able to line things up with the dirt road to use as a leading line. The settings were; ISO 400, shutter speed 1 second and aperture f/16. I had this shot planned out for weeks, all I needed was the perfect storm!Imageg]
