Just for fun, after some discussion about old gear, how does this work on m43?
4/3rd 35mm 1:3.5 macro at 1/500 hand held just shy of 1/4th magnification ratio, with EC-20 (4/3rd 2x Tele converter), with MMF-3 M43 to 4/3rd conversion, the whole on a EM1 ml II:
The assembly:
All that sooc natural(3).
Who said the m43 system was great because small but had no bokeh ???
Note: i almost lost the shiny challenge, apparently!

Re: Using adapters
Very interesting! I was not expecting to see 2x Teleconverter on it too, never thought of that. I had that 35mm lens. Its not a bad lens but I'm glad I bought the new 60mm f/2.8 macro. I still have my 14-54mm lens and that adapter but its extremely slow because of the contrast detect of my E-M10 II. However I'm keeping a hold of it because my next camera body will possibly be the E-M5 III. While the 14-54mm focus motor is noisy, the lens has some character that the Pro 12-40mm doesn't have.

Re: Using adapters
Using the 43 lenses on even the EM1 mk 2 is a focus slowness punitive job, the m43 lenses focus a lot faster than the old lenses i have. Now, I was unable to afford the pro lenses at that time, so this is a partial judgement…
Of course, i have the first version of the 14-54 lens
Maybe someone can try the MC-20 or MC-14 with the MMF-3 adapter as this will allow them to be used on any 43 lenses, just for fun ?
