I was out practicing tracking birds handheld with an original EM1 and 100-300 at 300 f/5.6/ 1/1000 sec ISO200 +0.5 compensation (which was not enough). I know what is wrong with it and do not need a critique.

I like it. Anytime us 'older' people can successfully capture birds in flight, handheld, is good.
