Hello Rob and everyone!

My name is Lasse Löfström and I live in Espoo, Finland.
I remember taking photos in early teens with my father's Minolta subminiature camera and I was thrilled to see my first landscape photos on paper. During the years I had several point and shoot cameras of different brands. Yashica Lynx rangefinder camera served me a while. I was a 'snapshot' guy but with my first SLR, a Zenit camera I started to take photography more seriously as a hobby. I soon replaced it with Canon AE-1 Program and acquired a few lenses. That was my gear for many years until in 2002 I bought my first Digital camera, a compact Olympus C3030Z. I liked it a lot but decided to upgrade to a DSLR in 2005 when I bought my first cropped sensor Canon 350D with 17-40mm, 75-300mm and 50mm lenses. In 2016 I decided to move to lighter gear and acquired Olympus OM-D E-M10 II. This year I upgraded to E-M5 II. My lenses are 14-42m EZ, 14-150mm f4-5.6 II, 60 mm f2.8 macro and Laowa 10mm f2.0.

I used Lightroom and Photoshop earlier, but did not like the present subscription based payment method and quite recently started to use DxO PL4 as my main photo editing tool. I also have PhotoShop Elements for some tasks.

I have been a member in a couple of photography communities and now I am in Flickr with screen name "ellelloo".

Thanks to Google I found Rob's channel and have enjoyed his excellent videos a lot. I have learnt many things about Olympus cameras and lenses as well as of photo editing through his videos.

One of my other hobbies has already over 20 years been web page programming. I have a self programmed home page https://www.ellelloo.net, which contains much more than my modest gallery.
