Hello all,

Just starting out on this photography journey so very, very green with this type of menu driven equipment.

Just purchased the E-M5 Mark 111 with a 40-150 lens.
Super excited to really start using this but starting with very basic steps right now!
Looking forward learning and sharing with all of you and gaining confidence In this art.

All advise is appreciated, which draws me to my first question, which lenses should I look to purchase and in what order as I learn? Or maybe there’s a video on this?

I think you have the 14-150mm lens and not the 40-150mm. Please clarify.

If you have the 40-150mm, then I'd recommend the 12-32mm Panasonic lens next. It's compact size is a perfect fit for the em5-iii. You can find them used for about $100.

If you have the 14-150mm, then you really don't need any other lens right now. Get some field time with your camera to get a feel for all the different focal lengths within the zoom range. With some experience, you'll know what lens is best for you next.

May I second Rob's "Welcome" to the Forum.

Rob has some excellent YouTube videos on the various lenses, but whichever zoom you have right now, I'd totally agree you shouldn't rush into buying any more lenses until you've totally familiarized yourself with what you have now. Only then will you know what choices to make -- e.g. whether you need to pay the higher price for weatherproof, mostly PRO lenses -- and you can learn what's right for you.
