Quickly switching between S-AF and C-AF EM1.2

Post by ss383nova »

Hello All,

I would like to find a quick way to switch between AF modes, but I haven't found a way to, other than using the SCP. Is there a way to assign focus modes to buttons or the Fn lever? Or has anyone any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

The best way is to set up a custom mode on your camera.

Thanks Rob, it's the EM1.2 I guess there was a Mode 5 in the original EM1 that allowed using the FN lever to go between the different AF modes. But not on the Mark 2. Have a good week!

Hi,

I think you meant "Ed" above.

Anyway, set your function lever to "fn" mode, then set the lever "fn" mode to "Mode 2". Now you can simply flip the lever from "1" to "2" and it will remember a different AF mode in each position.

:D Thank you! :D
