M.Zuiko 12-40 pro 2.8 bargain or rip off ?

I just bought a M Zuiko 12-40 pro lens for 250 Euros used. I usually find it around 450 Euros.
I hope it will be working properly.
I will get it by Friday 25/06

I received the lens. It looks good but i noticed than when i zoom from 12 to 18 the lens is restracting and from 18 expended.
Is it a problem with the mecanism inside?

Any suggestions?

That is normal. Many zoom lenses have that behavior.
