I have an idea for those images. Try Topaz with the E-M10 II, E-M5 III and E-M1 III images to see if you can get as good of results with cleaner noise against the Full Frame Nikon. Then maybe see if you can duplicate the results in Lightroom.

Topaz has a 30 day trial and you could probably accomplish this test within that time.
