Editing my photo to become film like

Hi everyone
I want to learn how to edit my photo to make it look like it was shot with a Kodak Portra 400 / Fujifilm Pro 400h. It would also be great if I am able to make it look like my favorite film of all time - Fujifim Reala but that's another day.
Here are samples.

Nice. I think you got the film skin tone look very well on the first one.

Those are not my shots
They are just for reference since I'm asking how to edit my digital shots to look like Kodam Portra.

You could just get Nix Collections 3 plugins which includes many film presets including Kodak Portra.

I just saw this again. I would suggest you make your own profile. If you use PS, then put in one of your photos unedited. Use match colors and then select the photo you posted here. When you get fine tune it and get it right, create a profile. It will be in the color profiles in LR. The user profiles go on top of the camera profile so you may want to experiment a little. When I make my user profiles, I overdo everything a little so I can set the user profile around 75% most of the time with more when I need it.
