Hi Rob,
I have a suggestion for a training video: OI Track app. I try to use this all the time. I think I have it running and set up, yet every time I get "No images taken during the recorded track log".

This is super frustrating and I normally just don't use it and add the locations via ACDsee.

That has happen to me a lot. Try sliding the log to the left in ol.track with the Canberra connected. A bunch of options will appear on the right and one is tagging the pictures in the camera. After that you will see the pictures along the route but also the pictures in the camera will have the location tag.

I was a camera specialist at Olympus. I answered all of the difficult O,I Share app questions for Android. Another team member handled the I.OS. I need to do a video on this because it is difficult to understand. Most of the time it requires a phone call to understand what is going on. I recommend you contact Olympus at the help center. The help center has a lot of great people working there. If they can not resolve it on the phone with you, ask your request for help to be escalated. Good luck !!!!
