Hot Pixels or Lens Flare

I've noticed these blue little dots in several images. They usually show up when the lens is pointed at some bright light sources. I can also see them in the camera now that I'm more aware of them. AT first, I thought it was lens flare, but now I'm thinking it's hot pixels. I'm using an EM5 II with the 17mm F 1.8 lens in this example. I also have a 45mm f 1.8 and it shows up with this lens also. I haven't noticed it in my 14-42 zoom.

You can see the blue dots in the center of the image.
