Can anyone help identify this problem with my OM-D EM-10 ii? The camera will turn on, but
1) the LCD and the EVF remain dark gray;
2) there is no access to the menu system;
3) a small metal arm with a round tip extends from the upper right (as you look at the camera) of the shutter;
4) the shutter will not activate and no images can be taken.
Is this repairable? Will the cost be reasonable (i.e., less than the cost of new used EM-10 ii)? If so, would Olympus USA be likely to accept it for repair, even though it's no longer under warranty?
