Hi, I'm Alan from Manchester UK. Retired and now have the time to try out photography. I am a complete novice but am inspired by Rob's tutorials. I bought the Olympus Om-D-EM5 Mk2 because it is a camera that I believe is good value for money and also one that I can afford.
I mainly go hiking so most of my photography will be landscapes and nature. I would also like to try and get the hang of multi exposures and long exposures. But first I have to get to grips with the camera basics and find my way through the menus. I may need some help on occasions. Thanks in advance.

Welcome, Alan! Will be glad to help with any questions you have. Watch my series for the E-M10 Mark II. it's about 90% the same as the E-M5 Mark II that you have.

Hi Alan,
Welcome from someone who lived just outside Mcr.
I have the E-M5 Mk 2 also and it is an excellent camera.
Watch tutorials on the settings Menu from Rob and Robin Wong.
Once you get the hang of the settings menu you will love the camera.
