Thanks for giving us something to edit. I did a pretty straight edit. The focus point was just a little in front of these petals so I did a little work to compensate for that with the crop I made.

BTW, the photo was very nice the way it was. As always I liked Marcel's edit. The technique on his second edit was interesting.

I had to do another edit of something in focus. This is a 1:1 crop (1080 high). I am not quite sure why, but focus was not quite flat. Maybe field curvature. These were in perfect focus and seem seemed to make a nice shot.

i have some difficulties with the camera to get it in focus. Thats why iḿ in the market for a new one. maybe a 10 MkiV or III. The III is on sale right now.

I like your cropped versions Demorcan. Never thought of that.

Marcel is doing a great job with his images, i think he is using Affinity Photo, iḿ not shure, maybe he can answer this.
My Nikon V1 has a problem also. Great little camera. The lens 10-100 lens died. Still using it with the 10 en 18,5 mm lenses.

I will put up a new edit later, it is great to see what you can do with it, and a wonderfull idea of Rob for us that we can do this here.

Decided to go with a low-key split-tone b&w. Green in the shadows and magenta in the highlights. Composition puts the top left flower in focus, with three flowers facing foward for rule of odds. I was careful to include all the information in the scene - flowers, grass, leaves, and tree trunk.
