Astro editing

This is a poor picture from a small terrace in my house, in Madrid. Yes, light pollution is high but I enjoy practicing. That been said, I have no clue how to edit this picture to try to make it better ... at least a little better. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot. I have upload my jpg version in Rob's Flickr Group. The attachment should be an ORF file.

Looks like you attached a .gif file, not .orf.

What editor are you using?
