Took this during a slight detour on my way from from visiting Lacock Abby, the home of Henry Fox Talbot and the birth place of photography as we knew it (until digital turned up!). This is part of Avebury Stone Circle and henge. Apparently the stand of mature trees on the embankment (at the southern entrance) was J R R Tolkien' inspiration for the Ents!It was really cold during this 2 minute exposure usinf a 10st ND filter.
