75-300mm C-AF performance

I know you showed using the 75-300mm lens on your E-M10 II camera. My curiosity is can this lens keep up with low continuous burst mode on the new E-M5 III and E-M1 II? I know the E-M1 low continuous burst mode is at 10 fps but can the 75-300mm keep up with the demand when in C-AF?

I know the lens' Iris plays a part if your closed down to like f/8 but something tells me I would be shooting wide open for the most part at f/6.7 on the long end.

Not sure I can reasonably test it. I like to compare it against a comparable lens to have some perspective.

Don't hesitate to shoot it wide open all the way to 300mm. I really don't see much difference between f/6.7 and f/8.
