Re: Lens Talk Forum
I was thinking of adding some sort of dedicated lens section. Wasn't sure how to break it down.
Look for it soon. Thanks for the suggestion.

Re: Lens Talk Forum
Rob,
May I suggest you break this down by PRO, Semi-PRO, and Consumer. Semi-PRO would be those better quality lenses with weather sealing.
A second or sub-category might might be by focal length: super-wide-angle, wide-angle, standard, telephoto, super-telephoto.
Alternatively, you could differentiate by use: landscape, portraiture, architectural, street photography, ..., but this is more difficult.
Perhaps you should ask what people think is the most important on a couple of livestreams?

Thanks, Rick.
I broke it down by Native, Vintage, and 3rd party. If there are enough posts and I see a trend, I can break it down more.

Re: Lens Talk Forum
Then there is Legacy glass such as the Digital 4/3rds but I'm sure it could be put under vintage even though I wouldn't consider something less than 20 years old to be such.
Re: Lens Talk Forum
In the digital world, 4/3rds is vintage! LOL
